Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized jewellery items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos/video of the product unboxing
• Description of the issue

Refunds

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Gifts cards.
• Sale/Clearance products.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
